PPC Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- You will be working with a highly skilled marketing team. Your job is to support and learn paid marketing tasks.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate PPC campaign performance based on KPI targets, including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Create, deploy, and optimize Paid Search and Display campaigns/activity across multiple channels to achieve targets.
- Performing Keyword Research, Competition Analysis, Ranking reporting, etc.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research.
- Edit ad copy and provide copy recommendations.
- Manage multiple client’s expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversions.
- Have a clear understanding of the client’s conversion goals.
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them.
- Daily management of multiple existing PPC accounts (bid adjustments, targeting updates, ad optimization, etc.).
- Perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.
- Create monthly reports.
- Work closely with the team to improve results for clients.
Primary Requirements
- Previous experience of managing paid search activity, Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising to best practices.
- Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Keywords Planner.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Optional/Preferred Requirements
- Google AdWords/Google Analytics Certification.
- Keen interest in developing a career in digital marketing.
- Creative, innovative, self-starter, and adaptive to change.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
